Dunoon fine bone china mugs are handcrafted in Staffordshire, England. They are produced to the highest quality using traditional methods which have been developed and refined over 3 family generations in the pottery industry.

The Bute shape holds 0.3l and is a traditional straight sided mug with a flare at the top. The comfortable handle makes it easy to hold and is the perfect size for those with a preference for a smaller beverage.

Your mugs are Dishwasher safe but we recommend modest use, as the caustic nature of dishwasher detergents can cause colors to fade over a period of time. Hand wash where possible.

If your mug contains metallic decoration we strongly advise hand washing only.

Your mugs are Microwave safe unless the design contains metallic elements such as gold or platinum in the decoration. 

To care for the glazed finish, avoid abrasive and metallic cleaning products.

To prevent possible cracking, pour the hot water over the back of a teaspoon, or add milk first.
